It seems like there is a friendly rivalry between Joe Root and Harry Brook over who is the best player in the world. Root believes that Brook has taken that mantle from him, while Atherton and many others still see Root as the top player. Regardless of who holds the title, both players are incredibly talented and have been performing exceptionally well for England. It’s exciting to see such talent and competition within the team.
