Understanding Molecular Hydrogen
Molecular hydrogen (H2) is a gas with powerful antioxidant effects that specifically target harmful free radicals. It improves cell redox status, leading to increased levels of important enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione. Hydrogen also activates the Nrf2 pathway, which induces the transcription of cytoprotective enzymes.

After experiencing severe health issues, Tarnava turned to hydrogen as a potential remedy and eventually created molecular hydrogen tablets to provide a consistent and concentrated dose.
Developing Molecular Hydrogen Tablets
After struggling to find a reliable source of hydrogen gas, Tarnava decided to create tablets that would dissolve in water to deliver an effective dose. Through extensive research and collaboration with experts, Tarnava successfully developed safe and effective hydrogen tablets that comply with stringent quality standards.
Ensuring Quality and Purity
Tarnava’s tablets undergo rigorous testing for heavy metals and contaminants to ensure compliance with strict regulations. Unlike some competitors, Tarnava’s tablets are certified for purity and safety, with extensive research and testing supporting their efficacy.
Four prominent universities are currently conducting rodent trials using our tablets, as we continue to work with nine or 10 public universities worldwide to advance research on molecular hydrogen. The data is starting to emerge, showing that higher doses, higher concentrations, and intermittent pulses of molecular hydrogen seem to be most effective for humans.
Before the development of molecular hydrogen tablets, water ionizers were commonly used to generate molecular hydrogen water. However, these ionizers require water with dissolved solids and can stop working if the plates become calcified. The use of molecular hydrogen tablets allows for a higher concentration of hydrogen in the water, providing a more effective dosage.
It is important to take molecular hydrogen cyclically or pulsed, rather than continuously, to ensure optimal benefits. The body naturally produces hydrogen gas, but supplemental hydrogen can double cellular concentration for a short period, leading to beneficial changes in cell signaling and gene expression.
Dosing of molecular hydrogen tablets should be done with attention to concentration and dosage. Dissolving two tablets in 1 liter of water provides an ideal concentration, which should be consumed all at once for best results. Dividing the dose may reduce the effectiveness of the hydrogen gas.
For optimal results, it is recommended to dissolve two to three tablets in 1 liter of water and drink it all at once in the morning. Room temperature water is best for quick dissolution of the tablets, ensuring a stable concentration of hydrogen for consumption. Additionally, the tablets provide a source of highly available magnesium, benefiting overall health. The magnesium element remains stable even if the hydrogen dissipates, ensuring you still benefit from it even if you forget to consume it before the hydrogen dissipates.
Explosion Leads to an Unexpected Discovery
While developing hydrogen tablets, Tarnava also used them on himself. When he created a tablet that contained 3 ppm in half a liter of water, his shoulder and hip arthritis symptoms improved.
“I began consuming 3 liters of hydrogen water per day and gradually increased the dosage to almost 5 ppm. However, the pressure buildup caused one of my thermoses to explode in the fridge,” he recalled.
Molecular hydrogen converts to gas, leading to increased pressure in sealed containers. This prompted Tarnava to develop an open-container tablet.
Unlike most hydrogen tablets that require a closed container, Tarnava’s product can be added to an open glass without the gas escaping.
Our initial goal was to achieve 3 to 4 ppm in half a liter in under five minutes in a sealed container. However, testing in an open cup yielded higher results in under two minutes. This accidental discovery set us apart from others in the field,” he explained.
Transitioning from Sickness to Wellness with Molecular Hydrogen
Continuing with hydrogen water consumption, Tarnava’s joint pain improved to the extent that he could play soccer and exercise freely. Implementing better sleep habits and a fasting regimen further boosted his health, resulting in a 40-pound weight loss.
