They don’t play the same players week in, week out. They rotate the squad and see who’s going to be good enough to play in the big games. That’s what Manchester United need to do.
Arsenal can challenge for the title
I was on Soccer Saturday and I said Arsenal can challenge for the title. They can. They’ve got a great chance.
They’ve got a good squad. They’re playing well. They’re winning games. They’re scoring goals. They’ve got a good manager. There’s no reason why they can’t challenge for the title. They can’t win it, but they can challenge for it.
If they keep on winning games and keep on beating the teams they’re supposed to beat, they’ll be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.
Wolves fans have a big say in O’Neil’s future
Wolves fans can play a massive part in Gary O’Neil’s future. If they don’t get behind the team, and they start moaning and groaning, they could be the ones that get the manager the sack.
It’s always the fans. They’re the ones that pay their money. They’re the ones that are there week in, week out. If they’re not happy, they’ll make themselves heard. They’re the ones that will make the decision for the club in the end. So, they need to get behind the team.
Pep Guardiola did it at Man City, he played his best players and they started winning games. You can’t keep chopping and changing, you’ve got to stick with your best players and I think that’s what Arteta is learning. Stick with your best players, get them on the pitch, and you’ll start winning games.
Arsenal have got a great chance. They’ve got to play Liverpool, Man City, and Chelsea in the next few weeks, but if they can come out of that with a couple of wins and a draw, they’ll be right in there. It’s all about consistency, and Arsenal have got the players to do that.
