Max Verstappen: El piloto de Red Bull dice que la disputa por los insultos de la FIA sigue sin resolverse mientras que George Russell promete una carta de los pilotos | Noticias de F1

I am happy to answer questions to you guys [journalists], but I think the way we did it in Singapore was good. So probably we will do it the same again, Verstappen said.

Verstappen’s stance in Singapore drew support from many of his fellow drivers, with a number of them attending his impromptu media sessions at the Marina Bay circuit.

And the 24-year-old revealed that F1’s drivers are in discussions to make a collective statement on the matter.

Yeah, I think we are going to do something together, said Verstappen.

In the end, we all stand behind it, I think, so we will see what happens in the next week.

F1’s drivers are set to hold their monthly meeting on Friday evening at the Circuit of The Americas, with the topic of the fallout from Singapore expected to be on the agenda.

Verstappen expressed his frustration with the situation, stating, “I don’t think they should make such a big deal out of it.” He believes that the restrictions on expressing emotions in the heat of the moment during races are unnecessary.

It remains to be seen how the discussions between the drivers and the FIA will progress, but it is clear that there is a united front among the drivers in supporting Verstappen and addressing the issue of swearing penalties in Formula 1.
